Here is how delivery works when you order from Interior Glow.

Where we deliver

We ship worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Express Insured Shipping is available at checkout for EUR 4.99.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Orders within the EU usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Deliveries outside the EU can take longer, typically 10 to 25 business days. Busy periods and holidays can add a few days.

Customs and import taxes

Prices include VAT for orders delivered inside the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are paid by the customer.

Large and fragile items

Chandeliers and larger fittings are packed for transit and may arrive in more than one box, sometimes on different days. Check the contents against the parts list before you book an electrician.
