Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how returns work at Interior Glow.

14-day right of withdrawal If you are a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at interiorglow@gmail.com with your order number and a short statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

After you tell us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Please contact us before sending anything so we can give you the correct return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition of returned items Items should be returned unused, with all parts, and in their original packaging where possible. Please do not install light fittings before you are sure you want to keep them. If an item comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Return shipping Unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, the cost of sending it back is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost on the way back to us.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the full price you paid, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you chose a more expensive delivery option (such as Express), only the standard delivery cost is refunded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs. This does not affect your legal rights: under Croatian and EU law, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that are not in conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery.

Items that cannot be returned Items made or customised to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.
