Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made on the Interior Glow online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are This store is operated by Interior Glow, Croatia. Email: interiorglow@gmail.com. Phone: +385 99 388 3600. 

2. Products We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between batches. Light fittings that connect to mains electricity should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local regulations.

3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and contract After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee You have a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery under Croatian and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability We are not liable for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use of products other than as intended. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Disputes These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

11. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
